It was later reported that the couple had broken up after Anderton had flirted with Danio Domingues, a doorman from Chelsea nightclub Kitts. On 4th Jun. 2009 (3 years ago), a 58 year-old man from the Borough of Enfield in North London was charged with harassment without violence after the model complained to police about dozens of text messages left on her mobile phone;he was bailed to appear at West London Magistrates Court on Jul. 17, 2009 (3 years ago).
