Biography for Alison Carroll

Alison Carroll (born 27 Mar. 1985 (27 years ago)) is an English gymnast, model, and actress. She has been the official Lara Croft model since Aug. 2008 (4 years ago).

Early years

Alison Carroll was born in the Croydon, Surrey in England.

She trained at the Urdang Academy in Musical Theatre and graduated in 2007 (5 years ago) with a Distinction. She has represented Great Britain as a professional display gymnast, and has performed in front of Prince Charles. She was also a children's gymnastics coach, choreographing the winning junior team at the British National Championships.

Since 2007 (5 years ago) she has been a registered actress.

In Aug. 2008 (4 years ago) she was announced as the new Lara Croft model for the latest game, Tomb Raider: Underworld. At the time, she was working as a receptionist at a golf club. Carroll replaced Karima Adebibe (39 walls), who retired from the role earlier in the year.

She is the first Lara Croft model with trained gymnastics and acting skills.
